Summary
This study is testing a digital program designed to help immigrant women who have experienced violence and are dealing with PTSD or depression. The program aims to teach coping skills, reduce stress, and improve safety and mental health. It will involve about 676 participants and focuses on building knowledge and resilience through online tools.
