Can daily texts ease the blues after cancer?

NCT ID NCT06811454

Summary

This study is testing a new, brief mindfulness program delivered by daily text messages to help reduce symptoms of depression in people who have recently finished treatment for early-stage breast, prostate, or colorectal cancer. Researchers want to see if this short, daily format is easy to use and acceptable to participants, and if it helps improve their mood and anxiety. The goal is to create a more accessible and scalable way to provide mental health support to cancer survivors.
