Digital tunes and biofeedback aim to ease breast cancer Patients' sleepless nights

Summary

This study tests a digital mind-body therapy that uses music and biofeedback to help women with locally advanced breast cancer sleep better and feel less distressed during neoadjuvant treatment. About 66 participants will be randomly assigned to receive the digital therapy or standard care. The main goal is to see if the therapy reduces insomnia, with additional checks on anxiety, depression, and quality of life.
