Summary

This study will develop and test a digital mental health program called 'VIBE in the Parks' for teens and young adults (ages 13-24) who use Chicago Park District programs. About 268 participants will be split into two groups: one gets the VIBE program, the other gets a digital workbook. The goal is to see if the program helps reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and is easy for teens to use.
