Summary
This study will develop and test a digital mental health program called 'VIBE in the Parks' for teens and young adults (ages 13-24) who visit Chicago Park District programs. About 268 participants will either use the digital program or receive a digital workbook. The goal is to see if the program helps reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and is easy for teens to use.
