Summary
This study tests a tablet-based app called the Digital Memory Notebook (DMN) to help older adults with mild memory problems or early Alzheimer's manage everyday tasks like appointments and medications. Twenty participants will learn to use the app over six weekly sessions, then continue using it for another month. The goal is to see if the app improves their ability to stay organized and complete daily activities.
