Summary
This pilot study tests whether a personalized digital meditation app called MediTrain can help older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) sleep better and feel less stressed. Participants will use the app for 30 minutes daily over 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in attention, sleep quality, and stress responses, with some participants followed for 6 months.
