Summary

This study tested whether a website called Rose, which provides therapeutic hypnosis recordings, could help adults manage chronic pain. One hundred participants with chronic pain used the app for 8 weeks while reporting on their pain levels, sleep, and mental health. The main goals were to see if the app was easy to use and if it could improve quality of life and reduce pain.
