Summary
This study tests a mobile app called PROMOTE designed to help lung cancer survivors improve their physical function, manage shortness of breath and sleep problems, and adopt healthier habits. About 250 adults with early-stage lung cancer will either use the app for 12 weeks or receive standard care plus health education. The goal is to see if the app can make daily life easier and boost overall well-being.
