Virtual workouts fight cancer treatment fatigue
NCT ID NCT07243834
Summary
This study tests whether a digital exercise program with live virtual group sessions helps men with prostate cancer stick to regular exercise while on hormone therapy. Researchers want to see if this convenient approach overcomes common barriers like travel time and motivation, helping reduce treatment side effects like fatigue, weight gain, and muscle loss. They'll compare the digital program to standard care by tracking participants' activity levels over six months.
