First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests a digital exercise program designed to help prostate cancer patients on hormone therapy stick with physical activity. Side effects like weight gain, muscle loss, and fatigue are common, and exercise can help, but many patients struggle to keep it up. The trial will compare the digital program plus standard care to standard care alone in 160 men, measuring how much they exercise at 6 and 12 months.
