Summary
This study tests a mobile app designed to encourage physical activity in adolescents aged 12-18 who have completed treatment for blood cancers like leukemia or lymphoma. Thirty participants will either use the app or receive usual care. The main goal is to see if a larger study is possible, while also checking if the app improves activity levels, confidence, and quality of life over six months.
