Can a digital tool reduce severe side effects in sarcoma patients?

Summary
This study looks at whether a digital, personalized care plan can help people with advanced sarcoma who are on chemotherapy. About 377 participants will either get the digital plan plus standard care, or standard care alone. The main goal is to see if the digital plan reduces severe side effects in the first 3 months of treatment.
