Summary

This study tests whether a digital personalized care plan (ePCP) can help people with advanced sarcoma who are on chemotherapy. About 377 participants will either get the digital plan plus standard care, or standard care alone. The main goal is to see if the digital tool reduces severe side effects in the first three months of treatment.
