Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app with reminders and education can help older adults (60+) who have mild memory problems stick to their blood pressure medication. About 100 participants will use either the full app with reminders or just an education portal for 16 weeks. The goal is to see if the app improves how regularly they take their pills and lowers their blood pressure.
