Summary
This study is testing whether adding a digital health app called Nutu™ to a standard primary care weight management program helps people lose more weight. It will involve 300 people already enrolled in a year-long behavioral program for obesity. Researchers will compare weight changes between those who use the app and those who receive standard care alone.
