Summary
This study tested a new digital care approach for families with children living with obesity in Sweden. It compared standard in-person clinic visits to a program that replaced half the visits with a smartphone app for tracking health goals and communicating with caregivers. The goal was to see if the digital option could work as well as or better than traditional care, especially for families who live far from clinics.
