Summary
This study tests a chatbot called Digi-Coach to see if it can reduce physical and emotional distress in people receiving radiotherapy for head and neck cancer. About 138 adults will either use the chatbot alongside standard nursing care or receive usual care alone. The goal is to find a simple, accessible way to support patients during a difficult treatment.
