Summary
This study explores whether a type of MRI called diffusion MRI can accurately measure how head and neck tumors change during chemoradiation. Researchers will scan 16 patients before, during, and after treatment to see if the MRI can predict which patients have a complete response. The goal is to improve how doctors assess treatment effectiveness without extra procedures.
