Summary
This 8-week study is testing whether a dietary supplement called Sabroxy® can help improve both blood sugar control and memory in adults. Researchers will enroll 120 adults aged 40-80 who have mild memory concerns and insulin resistance. Participants will take either the supplement or a placebo daily to see if it reduces insulin resistance and improves scores on memory and thinking tests.
