Summary

This study looks at whether eating special healthy cookies high in linoleic acid (a type of fat) for 8 weeks can improve sleep quality in overweight adults who have trouble sleeping. Researchers will measure sleep changes, blood fat levels, and how well people stick to eating the cookies. The goal is to find a simple, tasty way to help with sleep.
