First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding exercise to a diet plan helps obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) more than diet alone. 27 women took part and were split into two groups: one only changed their diet, the other also followed an exercise program. The goal was to see if the combination improved weight, symptoms, and quality of life better than diet alone.
