Summary

This study is testing if a diabetes prevention program, with or without extra training on recognizing hunger, can help people at high risk for breast cancer lose weight. The goal is to see if weight loss from these programs might lower cancer risk. The study enrolled 51 overweight or obese women who have a high genetic or medical risk for breast cancer.
