NCT ID NCT07289672
First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at how diet affects inflammation in people with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Researchers want to see if using a stool test (calprotectin) to guide food choices reduces picky eating, and if a digital tool improves quality of life. About 140 participants will either follow a Nordic diet for six weeks or use the digital tool, and their results will be compared to standard care.
