Summary
This study is testing a new FDA-approved device that measures electrical signals in the throat to help doctors diagnose GERD and eosinophilic esophagitis more accurately. About 50 adults with chronic reflux or swallowing problems will use the device during an upper endoscopy. The goal is to see if this device can reduce the need for multiple tests and lower healthcare costs.
