Summary
This study tests whether adding pain neuroscience education — simple lessons and metaphors about how pain works — to nerve mobilization exercises provides more relief than exercises alone. About 40 adults with type 2 diabetes and long-term leg nerve pain will be randomly assigned to one of the two approaches. Researchers will measure pain intensity, physical function, quality of life, and signs of central sensitization over six weeks.
