App aims to help seniors take control of diabetes

Summary
This study tests a mobile health app that gives older adults with diabetes real-time, personalized advice to help them manage their condition. The goal is to see if the app improves blood sugar levels and self-care habits compared to standard care. About 184 participants who already use a government health app will be enrolled.
