Summary
This study tested a program called eMOMS that combines breastfeeding support with a diabetes prevention plan for pregnant women who were overweight or obese before pregnancy. The program was delivered by a health coach through a mobile app. Researchers wanted to see if it could help women keep off weight after giving birth and breastfeed longer. 43 women took part in the completed study.
