New tool aims to stop prediabetes from becoming diabetes

Summary
This study tests a new tool for doctors that uses a patient questionnaire to see how ready someone is to make lifestyle changes. Based on the results, the tool suggests ways for doctors to talk about preventing diabetes and recommends helpful resources. About 100 adults with prediabetes will take part to see if the tool helps more people take action to prevent diabetes.
