Summary
This study tested a program called eMOMS that combines breastfeeding support with a diabetes prevention plan. It was designed for pregnant women who were overweight or had obesity. The goal was to see if the program could help them lose weight after giving birth and breastfeed longer, which may lower their risk of developing diabetes later.
