First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether an enhanced diabetes prevention program that provides healthy food deliveries, exercise classes, and community resources can help African American adults with prediabetes lose more weight than standard programs. About 408 participants from low-income communities will take part. The goal is to see if addressing food insecurity and physical activity barriers improves diabetes prevention.
