Summary
This study aims to understand how diabetes and obesity develop and change over time, especially in younger people. Researchers will collect health information and samples (like blood and saliva) from up to 1,000 participants during their regular doctor visits. The goal is to gather data for future research to learn why these conditions can be more severe and progress faster in youth.
