Summary
This study will create a long-term health registry tracking 10,000 adults with diabetes and related metabolic conditions like high blood pressure and liver disease. Researchers will collect routine medical information over at least 10 years to identify patterns that could improve diagnosis and monitoring. No experimental treatments are involved—this is purely an observational study using data from regular doctor visits.
