New supplement shows promise for prediabetes management

Summary
This study tests whether a supplement called dihydroberberine (DHB) can help adults with prediabetes improve blood sugar control, appetite, and energy. Over 6 weeks, 54 participants will take either DHB or a placebo daily. Researchers will measure blood sugar, insulin, and GLP-1 levels, and track how much time blood sugar stays in a healthy range.
