New drug hopes to keep childhood cancer at bay

Summary
This study tests a drug called DFMO in children with high-risk neuroblastoma who are currently in remission. The goal is to see if taking DFMO for two years can stop the cancer from returning. About 441 participants will take the medicine by mouth twice a day.
