Summary
This study tests if injecting a sugar-water solution (dextrose prolotherapy) can reduce pain and improve function in people with chronic tailbone pain (coccydynia). The trial will include 40 adults who have had pain for over 6 months and haven't gotten better with standard treatments. Participants will receive either the sugar-water injection or a placebo to see if it helps with sitting and daily activities.
