Summary
This study will test two different medicines given through a vein to see which one better prevents confusion and agitation when waking up from sinus surgery. About 80 adults having planned sinus surgery will take part. Each person will get either dexmedetomidine or lidocaine, and doctors will watch for signs of agitation and check heart rate.
