This study looked at 60 children having hip surgery to see if giving the anti-inflammatory drug dexamethasone through a vein or near the nerves works better for pain relief. The goal was to reduce pain, inflammation, and the need for extra pain medicine. Results will help doctors choose the best method to help kids recover more comfortably.
