First seen Mar 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study compares 4 mg and 8 mg of dexamethasone (a steroid) given at the surgical site to reduce pain after dental implant surgery. Pain levels and the number of painkiller tablets needed will be tracked for 6 days after surgery to determine the most effective dose.
