This study follows 1247 pregnant women and their children for at least 20 years to learn how genetics, diet, lifestyle, and environment during pregnancy and early childhood affect future health. Researchers will track both mother and child to understand risks for metabolic and mental health conditions. The goal is to identify factors that can be modified to prevent disease later in life.
