First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looked for better ways to measure what people eat by checking for natural markers in blood and hair. Fifty-nine healthy men ate carefully controlled diets for 12 weeks while researchers tracked changes in these markers. The goal was to see if these markers could reliably show how much meat, fish, or soda a person consumed.
