Summary
This study tested a drug called deupirfenidone (LYT-100) in 185 adults who had breathing problems after a serious COVID-19 infection. Participants took either the drug or a placebo for several weeks to see if it improved their ability to walk. The trial was stopped early, so the full results are not available.
