Summary
This study tests a vision screening program in Danish general practice for people over 70 with at least one chronic condition. The goal is to see if the screening can catch vision problems early and refer patients to eye specialists. About 460 participants will be recruited, and the study will measure how well the screening works and how acceptable it is to patients and doctors.
