Summary
This study aims to improve how doctors diagnose Cushing's syndrome, a condition caused by too much cortisol. Researchers will test the accuracy of the desmopressin stimulation test in 140 people aged 18-70 who have or may have Cushing's, plus healthy volunteers. Participants will undergo multiple blood tests to see how well the test identifies different types of Cushing's.
