Summary

This study looks at how common fatty liver disease is in people with Cushing's syndrome, a rare condition caused by too much cortisol. Using MRI and FibroScan, researchers will measure liver fat at diagnosis and again one year after cortisol levels return to normal. The goal is to see whether fatty liver goes away once the underlying hormone problem is fixed.
