First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at what makes dermatomyositis more severe in Caribbean patients. Researchers will track 10 adults in Guadeloupe to see how often the disease affects muscles, lungs, heart, or is linked to cancer. The goal is to learn more about this rare autoimmune disease in this population, since little data exists.
