New tool aims to lift mood in heart patients

Summary

This study tests a simple tool called iHeart DepCare to help people with heart disease who also feel depressed. About 200 adults will either get usual care or extra support and guidance to start depression treatment. The goal is to see if the tool helps more patients get the mental health care they need.
