Summary

This small pilot study is testing whether a therapy called Positive Affect Treatment (PAT) is practical and acceptable for Spanish-speaking adults with depression or anxiety. The therapy focuses on helping people increase positive feelings and enjoy life more. The study will enroll 12 participants to see how well they engage with the therapy and how satisfied they are with it.
