Summary
This study is testing whether helping with both depression and poverty works better than treating depression alone for low-income women in rural Bangladesh. It will compare two groups: one gets depression treatment plus poverty aid, and the other gets only depression treatment. Researchers want to see if the combined approach improves depression symptoms more and helps prevent them from coming back.
