Summary
This study looks at how people with advanced cancer feel about stopping or reducing medications that may no longer help. Researchers will interview about 25 patients and survey 300 more to understand their attitudes and beliefs. The goal is to learn what factors influence their views, so doctors can better tailor deprescribing approaches to improve quality of life and reduce side effects.
