Summary

This trial tests whether a 'link work' intervention can help people with severe mental health difficulties attend routine dental appointments. 480 participants will be assigned to either the link worker support plus usual care, or usual care alone. The study measures whether they attend a dental visit and how their oral health quality of life changes.
